Having helped build brands such as Oreo Cookies, Ritz Crackers, Chips Ahoy, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Finlandia Vodka, Champagne Taittinger, Fred Leighton, Sephora, Shiseido and National Geographic, Michelle has been at the forefront of the industry with Corbin & Associates, Ltd., the company she founded in 1977.
Michelle was one of the founding members of the James Beard Foundation. She was also the Food Columnist for Hudson Valley Magazine for a decade.
